The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating sales operations, maintaining accurate sales records, and facilitating effective communication between the sales and logistics teams. This role demands strong analytical skills and precision to ensure smooth processing of customer orders and support the overall sales function. The Sales Coordinator works closely with various departments to prepare sales reports, analyze sales performance, and maintain customer-wise ledgers. This position requires proficiency in sales databases, reporting tools, and software platforms such as SAP and MS Excel. Candidates with 2.5 years of experience, particularly within the FMCG sector, and excellent coordination and communication abilities will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and accurately process customer-wise sales orders to maintain order accuracy.
Coordinate daily with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of sales orders.
Liaise effectively with the sales team to resolve operational queries and support daily sales activities.
Maintain detailed customer-wise ledgers and ensure all sales records are up to date and accurate.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to assist in tracking performance.
Perform sales data analysis and generate actionable insights that support informed business decisions.
Update and manage the sales database with precision to reflect the latest sales information.
Assist the Zonal Operations Manager in overseeing and managing daily sales operations smoothly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation for all sales-related activities.
Utilize sales software and tools, such as SAP and MS Office, to streamline reporting and data entry tasks.
