Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment in Gulberg 2, Lahore. The Security Guard will oversee the protection of residents, visitors, and property by carefully monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and responding swiftly to any security incidents. This role requires a disciplined individual who can handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism. The ideal candidate holds a Matric qualification with at least 2 years of experience in security services. The Security Guard will not be managing a team but must collaborate effectively with reception and management to ensure the integrity of the security operations. Maintaining proper conduct, appearance, and accurate incident reporting are essential aspects of this position.
Responsibilities

Protect the premises, residents, staff, and visitors by maintaining a secure environment through vigilance and adherence to security protocols.
Monitor all entry and exit points; verify identification to prevent unauthorized access.
Conduct regular patrols within the premises to detect and deter theft, vandalism, or other violations.
Observe and operate CCTV cameras and other security equipment to monitor suspicious activity continuously.
Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, ensuring safety and minimizing risks.
Prepare and maintain detailed daily security activity reports accurately documenting observations and incidents.
Assist visitors by providing guidance and directions in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordinate security efforts with reception staff and management to address any concerns or special instructions.
Ensure compliance with company policies by maintaining proper uniform standards, discipline, and professional behavior at all times.
Stay up to date on security procedures and any developments in safety regulations or equipment used.
