People Perfect is looking for a Senior Information Management Associate – Protection for one of its clients in Islamabad. The selected candidate will support the Protection team by managing information systems, databases, and data workflows while ensuring high standards of data quality, analysis, reporting, and confidentiality. This role requires strong technical expertise in data management, automation, and visualization to support evidence-based program implementation and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and administer databases and information management systems for Protection projects.
Design and automate data processing and reporting workflows using SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI.
Perform data cleaning, validation, quality assurance, and ensure data accuracy across information systems.
Develop and maintain digital data collection tools using KOBO Toolbox and similar platforms.
Prepare dashboards, reports, maps, and data visualizations to support project monitoring and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with data protection standards and maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
Provide technical support and capacity building to field teams and implementing partners on information management tools and processes.
Coordinate timely data collection, submission, reporting, and database maintenance.
Manage database backups, documentation, and archiving to ensure information accessibility.
Identify opportunities to improve information management processes and strengthen data systems.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
