Job responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on various industrial products I.E., security equipment, material handling equipment etc.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on equipment.
- Deliver comprehensive training to clients on system operations.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests and exceed customer expectations.
Educational Qualification:
- Be in electrical & electronics
Essential experience:
- 3 to 4 years at least in the relevant industry
