• Institute and maintain a system of shared calendars on outlook for all offices at GSB group companies. Populate the calendars through incumbents and follow up on updating the calendars regularly.
  • Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings or obtain MOMs from respective departments and maintain a set of files for filing the latest MOMs. Follow up with participants on compliance of decided deliverables. Maintain copies of MOMs on file server & follow-ups are being done on regular basis.
  • Responsible for organizing & conducting weekly follow-up meetings with entire GSB group stakeholders.
  • People I (technical) Documents maintenance & updating
  • Files Maintenance & Updating
  • CEOs Office Cash Management.
  • Efficiently managed the meeting schedule for the CEO for the entire GSB group, ensuring that meetings are scheduled and coordinated effectively.
  • Effectively coordinating and arranging quarterly board meetings & AGM
  • The record of board resolutions is meticulously maintained, while the minute book is diligently updated.
  • Ensuring compliance with SECP regulations, maintaining accurate company records & facilitating annual filings & reports as per SECP requirements.
  • Special Projects assigned by the CEO

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Word and Excel.
