Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely stock availability and deliveries.
Collaborate with demand planning, commercial, and supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and assortment.
Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular review meetings for improvement.
Resolve any supplier-related issues or disputes effectively.
Manage delivery schedules between Distribution Centers (DCs), suppliers, and stores.
Handle returns of damaged, expired, or unusable stock from stores to suppliers.
Maintain accurate SKU master data and product configuration records.
Conduct root cause analysis on non-delivered items and work to improve supplier fill rates.
Oversee promotional stock transfers across DCs, suppliers, and stores to ensure high product availability.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in supply chain or similar roles (experience in tech/startups/logistics is a plus).
Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a bonus.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Self-starter with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
