- Create & Maintain delivery schedules between Distribution Center, Suppliers & Stores for inventory transfer
- Ensure timely returns of all damaged, expired and non-usable items from Stores to Suppliers.
- Maintain master-data for all SKUs, ensuring product configurations, phase in/ out information are accurately captured from Suppliers and reflected on internal systems.
- Follow up with Suppliers on non-delivered items, running a RCA (root cause analysis) and constantly improve fill-rates to reduce out-of-stock.
- Manage promotional stock transfers from DC, Supplier and between stores to ensure high availability.
