Key Responsibilities
The Professional Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling commercial and residential units within IRIS Tower. This full-time, on-site role based in Lahore involves engaging with prospective buyers and investors, conducting property tours, and clearly explaining project features, pricing, and benefits. The representative will guide clients through the sales and booking process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Managing leads and following up on inquiries is a critical part of the role, along with maintaining accurate sales records. The representative will collaborate closely with marketing and management teams to support promotional campaigns and events. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients is essential, requiring an understanding of their needs and providing timely updates on availability and special offers. Required Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building capabilities, including active listening and consistent client follow-up.
