Professional Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in AI-powered video creation and professional video editing. This role requires someone who can independently transform scripts or creative concepts into polished, engaging, and professional videos using the latest editing tools. This is not an entry-level position; we expect a candidate with strong practical skills capable of managing the entire video production process from concept development to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality videos incorporating avatars and talking-head formats.
- Manage voiceovers and ensure precise voice synchronization.
- Execute lip-sync and character animation effectively.
- Create cinematic shots and sequences that enhance storytelling.
- Apply smooth video transitions to maintain viewer engagement.
- Combine multiple software tools to achieve the desired creative results.
- Interpret scripts accurately and visualize scenes to align with the project’s vision.
- Work independently to meet deadlines and deliver client-ready videos.
- Incorporate feedback and perform revisions promptly to improve final output.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with AI-powered video creation and professional video editing, specifically 1–2 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in one or more professional video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of avatars, talking-head videos, voice synchronization, lip-sync, and character animation.
- Ability to create cinematic sequences and apply effective video transitions.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and handle the full video production cycle.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in video storytelling.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Strong communication skills for understanding scripts and incorporating feedback.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with AI video platforms such as Higgsfield and HeyGen is highly desirable.
- Candidates who can provide a portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos and 2 to 5 examples of their best work will be preferred.
- This is an office-based position with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- The starting salary for this role is PKR 50,000 per month.
