The position involves delivering advanced lectures and designing comprehensive course content in the fields of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The role requires leading and actively contributing to research projects, with an emphasis on publishing in high-impact journals. The successful candidate will supervise graduate and postgraduate research activities, including thesis work. Additionally, they will play a significant role in curriculum development, academic planning, and participate in departmental leadership and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced lectures and develop course materials aligned with academic standards.
- Lead and contribute to research initiatives, ensuring publication in reputable, HEC-recognized journals.
- Supervise graduate and postgraduate students in their research projects and thesis work.
- Participate in curriculum design and academic planning to enhance program quality.
- Engage in departmental leadership activities and contribute to the overall academic environment.

Required Qualifications:
- A PhD in Innovation or Entrepreneurship from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
- A minimum of 15 years of teaching and/or research experience at an HEC-recognized university, postgraduate institution, or relevant professional experience in a national or international organization.
- At least 10 years of post-PhD teaching or research experience in a recognized university, postgraduate institution, or relevant professional field.
- A strong research record with at least 15 publications, including a minimum of 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.

Candidates must submit scanned copies of all academic and professional documents. The highest degree certificate must be attested or verified by HEC. Applicants may be deemed ineligible if they have any third division in their academic record or a weak academic profile. Employees of the institution with less than one year of service or without a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their head of institution will not be considered. Candidates currently pursuing the required degree or those medically unfit are also ineligible.
