Profyd is seeking a dedicated Online Math Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field, with at least one year of experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics. This role requires a strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills to effectively deliver mathematical concepts to students in a virtual setting. The position involves managing a virtual classroom and utilizing digital tools such as digital whiteboards and online teaching platforms to facilitate engaging and interactive lessons. In addition to teaching responsibilities, this role includes managing a team of 30 persons, ensuring collaborative success and sharing best practices in online mathematics education. The successful candidate will use their expertise to inspire and support learners, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and promoting academic achievement through innovative technology-driven instruction.Responsibilities
- Deliver clear and effective mathematics lessons using online teaching platforms and digital whiteboards.
- Manage virtual classrooms effectively, maintaining student engagement and discipline.
- Apply expertise in mathematical concepts to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable manner.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and levels.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents, providing feedback and progress reports.

- Coordinate with team members and oversee the performance and development of a team of 30 educators.
- Provide training and support to new team members on digital teaching tools and best practices.
