Kiran Foundation is seeking a motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join the team at the Kiran Flagship Program located on the Kati Pahari Campus. This role involves overseeing the daily operations and academic activities of the program, ensuring smooth implementation and coordination between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be committed to child development and community engagement, capable of managing both academic and operational responsibilities effectively. The position requires working six days a week with set hours from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Transportation is provided for selected candidates, with pick-up points communicated accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth and effective implementation of the Kiran Flagship Program.
- Supervise academic and teaching-related activities, including curriculum management, monitoring learning progress, and supporting student development.
- Manage daily campus operations, including resources, facilities, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with parents, staff, community partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the overall well-being and development of children enrolled in the program.
- Ensure effective coordination between academic and operational teams to maintain program quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in program coordination, education, school administration, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple academic and operational responsibilities simultaneously.
- A demonstrated commitment to child development and community-focused work.

- Compensation starts from Rs 19,243.55 per month.
