Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead our Onsite Tech Education Program based in Saidpur village. This full-time role reports directly to the CEO and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 120,000 to 150,000. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and success of our technology education initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of the community and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Onsite Tech Education Program, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Develop and implement program strategies to enhance the quality and reach of tech education in the local community.
- Collaborate with instructors, partners, and community members to ensure program content is relevant and engaging.
- Monitor program performance through data collection and analysis, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Lead recruitment and training efforts for program staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations related to educational programs.
- Identify opportunities for program growth and innovation, proposing actionable plans to the CEO.
- Handle budgeting and financial oversight to maintain program sustainability within the allocated salary range.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management, preferably within the education or technology sectors.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports to guide program improvements.
- Familiarity with the Saidpur village community or similar rural settings is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and resources efficiently.
