Stardom Now, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing organizations with a team of over 250 professionals, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Program Manager to join its Project Management Office (PMO) in Lahore. The company has experienced significant growth in the UK’s luxury travel, Halal holidays, and Hajj & Umrah sectors, while also expanding its footprint in the US packaging and printing industry. The Program Manager will play a critical role in leading cross-functional projects, optimizing operations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, all while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery by developing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress closely and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal teams, facilitating regular project reviews and providing status updates to executive leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to foster seamless collaboration.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and HR, promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their performance and engagement.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality benchmarks, and governance frameworks, maintaining thorough and accurate project documentation.
- Drive process improvements including workflow optimization, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop executive dashboards and performance reports to monitor KPIs such as resource utilization, timelines, budgets, and overall business impact.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior management based on project analytics and insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations, or Business Transformation roles.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly in the UK or US markets, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong technical skills in project planning, scheduling, budget and resource management, risk management, process optimization, business analysis, KPI development, and change management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Graduates from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) are highly preferred.
- A Master’s degree (MBA/MS) is considered an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent are preferred.
- Prior experience in Travel, Hospitality, BPO, IT, E-commerce, or Service industries is desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, resilience, customer-centric mindset, and a results-oriented approach.
- Key performance indicators include timely project delivery, budget adherence, stakeholder satisfaction, process improvements, risk mitigation effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Competitive monthly salary up to Rs200,000.
