An international NGO is looking for the services of a program officer for its project. The project involves technical assistance to the Government counterpart and support to Pakistani civil society organizations implementing various project interventions. The position will be reporting to the Senior Program Manager and will assist in effectively carrying out the tasks based on the scope of work given below:
Program Officer’s major duties and responsibilities will include:
- Help with preparing concept notes, reports, working papers and information collection working with the public and private sector organizations
- Assist in preparing and reviewing subgrants proposals and documentation
- Coordinate with implementing partners for issues related to implementation and progress reporting.
- Coordinate and participate in periodic progress review meetings of implementing partners.
- Review, analyze and compile periodic progress updates based on the implementing partners’reports.
- Assist in monitoring the progress and field level activities of implementing partners.
- Carry out online and in-person facilitation project activities.
- Keep track of and archive the documentation related to award, implementation and closeout of the subgrants.
- Contribute to the training activities as advised by the Senior Program Manager.
- Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
