Markhor Squash Foundation is seeking a dedicated Program & Operations Coordinator to act as the primary liaison on the ground in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time role involves supporting the coordination between Markhor Squash Foundation and the BARD Foundation, focusing on partnership management, request handling, financial tracking, program execution, reporting, and operational follow-up. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Liaison & Request Management:
- Serve as the day-to-day coordination point between Markhor Squash Foundation and the BARD Foundation.
- Track and manage incoming requests, communications, and inquiries promptly.
- Organize planning meetings, prepare agendas, document actionable minutes, and ensure follow-up on agreed milestones.
- Coordinate joint tournament sponsorships, athlete sponsorships, and grassroots training initiatives.
Financial Coordination & Accountability:
- Monitor and record budget allocations, disbursements, and fund transfers related to supported programs.
- Collect, verify, and organize financial documents such as vendor invoices, tournament receipts, athlete stipends, and travel expense vouchers.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation summaries and expenditure tracking reports.
- Ensure all disbursements comply with regulatory requirements and partnership agreements.
Program & Project Management:
- Support and coordinate joint tournaments, training camps, and other program activities.
- Monitor athlete welfare, attendance, performance logs, and Fitbit data analysis.
- Assist in collecting player match data, uploading it to SquashLevels, and conducting performance analysis.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare bi-weekly operational status reports and monthly KPI updates.
- Gather event photos, athlete progress profiles, match results, and video content for donor reporting and social media storytelling.
- Maintain an organized cloud-based archive of MOUs, request logs, financial records, athlete profiles, and operational correspondence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations.
- Proven experience working with institutional foundations, corporate sponsors, or high-touch partners.
- Strong foundational knowledge of operational budgeting, receipt verification, expense auditing, and financial reporting.
- Fluency in English and Urdu, both written and spoken.
- Ability to draft professional emails, executive summaries, and formal meeting briefs.
- Comfortable coordinating with overseas leadership across different time zones.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
- Excellent organizational skills, responsiveness, discretion, integrity, and proactive problem-solving ability.
