Programmer Force is looking for a customer relationship specialist who can look after the experience of the customers and make strategies in retaining them. As a customer relations specialist, your job duties involve handling customer disputes, assessing consumer needs, and developing better customer support processes. This job requires customer service work experience 

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers that promotes retention and loyalty

  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs

  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes

  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied

  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them

  • Collaborate with management team to address customers’ needs

  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

  • Take care of customer on-boarding and off-boarding.

  • Keep customers’ documents upto date.

  • Regularly Checking on how the company’s services are meeting customers needs and to work on if there are areas for possible improvements.

  • With an in-depth understanding of customer needs, they can identify opportunities for the company to provide additional services (upselling)

  • Manage a large volume of documentation and policy generation work to support the client's success in Billing, Operations, Community, and other cross-functional areas.

  • Keep track of customer contacts and transactions, including questions, complaints, notes, and comments, as well as actions performed.

  • Customers should be followed up with via phone calls, emails, and in-person to confirm that necessary measures were made in response to their requests.

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

  • Superior product knowledge.

  • A team player with leadership skills.

  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
