Programs Associate- Healthy School Initiative

SHINE Humanity Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Program Officer to contribute to the planning and execution of school-based health and education initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating activities that promote health education within schools, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the success of these programs. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community health and education through effective program support and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate health education workshops and organize school activities to promote awareness and engagement.
- Establish and maintain communication with schools, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders to facilitate program implementation.
- Assist in the development of training sessions and educational materials, and support field activities to enhance program reach.
- Monitor ongoing program activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports to track progress and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, health education, community development, or similar fields.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively and produce clear, concise reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English, Urdu, and Sindhi is essential for effective communication within the community and with stakeholders.
