Project Acquisition Executive

PakistanProperty.com is an emerging real estate platform dedicated to connecting buyers and investors with developers, builders, and property projects throughout Pakistan. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Acquisition professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new real estate projects and forging strong partnerships with developers and builders, primarily within the Lahore property market. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our project portfolio and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new real estate projects, developers, and builders onto the PakistanProperty.com platform.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with developers and project owners to ensure ongoing collaboration.
- Negotiate partnership and listing agreements that align with company goals.
- Monitor the market for new launches and upcoming projects to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets to support business growth objectives.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in project acquisition or real estate business development.
- Established network of developers and builders within Lahore’s real estate market.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently to meet acquisition goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A fixed monthly salary of PKR 120,000.
