KS ID HD, a Lahore-based architecture and interior design firm, is looking for a skilled and creative Project Architect to join their team full-time on-site. The firm is known for delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces with a strong focus on design excellence, technical precision, and high-quality project execution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of professional experience and be capable of managing architectural projects from concept through to completion, demonstrating strong design skills, technical expertise, and effective project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and working drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive construction documentation and technical details.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and design presentations to effectively communicate ideas.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise site activities to maintain design quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and oversee junior team members.
- Integrate architectural and interior design details for cohesive project outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Strong skills in architectural design, technical detailing, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit/BIM software.
- Experience with 3D visualization tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is considered an advantage.
