DACI is seeking a Finance Associate to join our Islamabad office, serving as a crucial link between Operations and Finance. This full-time role involves managing project billing, cash and bank reconciliations, and ensuring contract compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to maintain accurate project records, ensure timely invoicing, and verify that billing aligns with contractual agreements. Attention to detail and strong follow-through are essential, as the role requires daily tracking of cash flows, expenses, and bank reconciliations beyond typical administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Operations and Finance to ensure accurate project documentation and timely invoicing.
- Collect and verify project completion details from engineering teams and maintain precise project records using Excel.
- Review customer contracts carefully to confirm that billing matches contractual terms and project milestones.
- Coordinate with Operations to monitor completed and pending projects for invoicing purposes.
- Follow up with clients regarding purchase orders, invoice queries, and outstanding documentation.
- Monitor cash flows and perform regular cash and bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile expenses against supporting documentation and maintain master expense tracking sheets.
- Ensure all project, financial, and contractual information is accurate and current before submission to Finance.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a Finance department.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Excel, with strong knowledge of handling project and financial data, including reconciliations and master sheets.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply commercial contract terms to billing requirements.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working across departments to prevent errors or oversights.
