Project Coordinator – Software Development

KGT Global is looking for a committed Project Coordinator for Software Development to join their team in Nazimabad, Karachi. This full-time, on-site role offers a valuable opportunity for professionals with leadership aspirations to grow within a dynamic software house. The position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with international clients, and enhancing communication skills in English. Candidates must be university graduates with prior management experience, as the role is designed for professionals rather than students. The work schedule includes night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, six days a week, with Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee up to 15 software development projects at the same time.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with foreign clients in English.
- Work collaboratively with website developers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Use project management tools and technologies to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Provide organizational and administrative support to the development team.
- Apply analytical thinking to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications
- University degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient typing skills for accurate documentation and correspondence.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Previous management experience in software development or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time on-site during night shifts.
