Project Coordinator – Customer Onboarding

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator – Customer Onboarding with excellent English communication skills to serve as a vital link between clients and CCTV technicians. This role involves managing both incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling installation appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and technical teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer and initiate calls with clients and technicians in fluent English.
- Coordinate and schedule CCTV installation appointments efficiently.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and technical teams.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of schedules, appointments, and updates.
- Follow up regularly with technicians and clients to monitor installation progress.
- Provide assistance with basic IT or technical queries when necessary.
- Support the overall customer onboarding and installation coordination process to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client onboarding, business analysis, technical support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
- Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT and technical concepts.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
