We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Project Coordinator with a solid background in sales to join our team. This hybrid role involves managing project timelines, coordinating activities across multiple departments, and supporting sales initiatives to foster business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in client management, and the ability to generate leads, communicate effectively with clients, and assist in proposal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are consistently met.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams—including technical, marketing, and finance—and clients to maintain smooth communication channels.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks to guarantee timely completion of milestones.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and status updates for both clients and management.
- Support sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
- Develop and present proposals and client presentations to secure new projects and nurture existing relationships.
- Follow up on leads, respond promptly to client queries, and manage proposal submissions.
- Provide essential support to the sales team, including outreach and client engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage upselling and contract renewals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, with exposure to sales or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
