We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support project planning and coordination within our team. This role involves assisting throughout the entire Project Management Lifecycle, from initiation to closure, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will actively engage in Agile Scrum ceremonies and help maintain essential project documentation and tracking tools. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, coordination, tracking, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support all phases of the Project Management Lifecycle, facilitating seamless transitions from initiation through to project closure.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Maintain sprint backlogs, user stories, task boards, and other project documentation to promote transparency and monitor progress.
- Create and interpret Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Use Case Diagrams, Flow Diagrams, Requirements Documents, and Project Charters.
- Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Developers, Quality Assurance teams, and other stakeholders to support timely project delivery.
- Track project tasks, timelines, risks, and deliverables to aid in risk mitigation and ensure deadlines are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and project phases.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in productivity suites like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to organize and document project information clearly and effectively.

Work Schedule and Location
- Working hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- This is an in-person position requiring attendance at the office.
