Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate deployment processes to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams using various tools including CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis, and ServiceNow.
- Manage order processing with a focus on quality checks, order release, and shipment tracking.
- Work effectively within a team environment to meet project goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Utilize project management tools such as client dashboards, Smartsheets, and MS Excel to monitor progress.
- Drive deployment requirements through demand planning tools like Kinaxis, handling order processing, schedule adjustments, and internal changes.
- Apply independent judgment and intellectual abilities in decision-making related to project coordination.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and process expertise.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing project demands.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and proactive in achieving team objectives.
