The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to top-tier clients by managing deployment schedules and meeting service level agreements (SLAs). This position requires a highly motivated individual capable of handling ambiguous requests, juggling multiple priorities, and coordinating across various internal teams and tools. The ideal candidate will apply independent judgment and intellectual ability to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate deployment processes and manage ongoing schedules.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams using tools such as CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis, and ServiceNow.
- Oversee order processing with a strong focus on quality checks, releasing orders, and monitoring shipment status.
- Work effectively within a team environment to achieve project goals.
- Develop a solid understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Manage project tools including client dashboards, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Excel.
- Drive deployment requirements through demand planning tools like Kinaxis, handling order processing, schedule adjustments, and internal changes.
- Project management experience is considered a plus.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent organizational and process management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and proactive in contributing to team objectives.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
