Project Coordinator

This opportunity is for a Project Coordinator role based in Karachi, requiring full-time, on-site availability during night shifts. The position is located in Block-02, PECHS Karachi, with working hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Candidates must be prepared to manage their own transportation, as no company conveyance is provided. The salary range is fixed between PKR 50,000 and 70,000, with no room for negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will support the Design division by managing internal project coordination and maintaining close communication with on-site teams. This role focuses on internal coordination without any client interaction. The individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth follow-ups, organizing project tasks, and facilitating effective communication between departments to keep projects on track.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have completed or be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or hold an equivalent qualification. A minimum of six months to one year of experience in project coordination within a Software House or Digital Marketing Agency, preferably in the Design domain, is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential. The role demands excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to coordinate efficiently with multiple internal stakeholders.
