Project Coordinator (Software Development)

We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our team and serve as the vital link between clients and our development department. This role involves managing project requirements, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project meetings and provide consistent updates.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports to clients and internal management teams.
- Accurately document new requirements and any changes discussed with clients.
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
- Create, assign, and monitor tasks to maintain clarity and accountability within the team.
- Track project timelines and follow up to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and developers to resolve queries and remove obstacles.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or in a similar client-facing role; applications lacking relevant experience will not be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with project and task management tools such as GitHub, Trello, Jira, or their equivalents.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and coordinate efficiently with development teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and clients concurrently.
