The Web Project Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Pakistan. This role requires managing web projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between design and development teams. The successful candidate will oversee project timelines, uphold quality standards, and facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include resolving project issues, optimizing workflows, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage web projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality expectations
- Coordinate closely with design and development teams to align project objectives and track progress
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans to meet deadlines effectively
- Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and clarity
- Identify and resolve project-related challenges promptly to prevent delays
- Streamline project workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Keep detailed project documentation and status reports current and accessible
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in web project management and general project management practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience working within web design and development environments
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing competing demands
- High attention to detail combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience in a digital agency or similarly fast-paced environment is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management software, specifically a minimum of 3 years’ experience using ClickUp
- Willingness and ability to reliably commute or relocate to Islamabad prior to commencing employment
Job Type and Compensation:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs150,000 to Rs180,000. Candidates should be prepared to discuss their salary expectations and provide examples of relevant project management experience during the interview process. Physical presence at the Islamabad office is required to ensure effective team collaboration and project oversight.
