We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator/Architect to join our team and support the successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating project activities, ensuring design accuracy, managing documentation, and facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders. This position requires a hands-on approach with regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans and regulatory standards. The role is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction project activities, including scheduling, documentation, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Oversee architectural design implementation, ensuring compliance with building codes and relevant regulations.
- Manage all project-related documents such as drawings, specifications, and contracts to maintain accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Organize and participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with design plans.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture and construction is preferred.

Work Location:
- This is an in-person role requiring presence at the project site.
