Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, development, and execution phases of the project.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, engineers, and project teams to maintain workflow and performance.
- Monitor construction progress closely and address any operational or project-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate effectively with senior management, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved designs, regulatory requirements, and project standards.
- Provide regular progress and performance reports to senior management, highlighting key developments and challenges.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management or development, preferably within the real estate or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong expertise in construction processes and real estate project execution.
- Excellent leadership capabilities combined with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of project budgeting, planning, and risk management.
- Willingness to be based in Arifwala to oversee on-site operations and maintain close project supervision.
