A reputable organization requires the services of a Project Director for managing/coordinating the design and construction of a high-rise building.
The incumbent should be B.Sc (Civil Engineering) from reputable local/foreign university, M.Sc (Civil Engineering) will be an added plus. An overall fifteen (15) years’ experience with reputable national/ international consulting/construction companies is required, out of which at least 5 years should be in construction of high-rise buildings.
Lead and manage all activities related to successful completion of the project including the following:
- Monitoring and coordination/liaison with the Project Consultant for design, process of tendering, bids evaluation, supervision of construction activities, quality and timely completion of project as per approved schedule of construction and Standards/ specifications.
- Verification of works and related assignments.
- Monitor the completion of various activities against the milestones and expenditures viz-a-viz budget for the completion of the building.
- Any bottlenecks and constraints should be immediately notified to the employer and rectified promptly.
- Prepare independent progress reports about the project activities also covering quantity and quality of work for submission to employer.
- A market driven salary will be offered.
