We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in IT, Computer Science, or Management Sciences to lead strategic initiatives within the IT sector. The ideal candidate will hold at least 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university and possess a minimum of 10 years of senior managerial experience. Significant expertise in managing project activities related to PSDP, ADP, or government projects is essential. This role requires a well-rounded professional skilled in finance, human resources, operations, capacity building programs, and strategic management. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, training, and development efforts to build and maintain a skilled and motivated project team.
- Implement and oversee HR policies to enhance employee engagement and productivity, including conducting performance evaluations and managing employee relations.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen Pakistan’s IT ecosystem by fostering partnerships with educational institutions, industry associations, and government bodies.
- Support the creation and growth of innovation hubs, incubators, and accelerators to drive technological advancement.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to promote the organization and its initiatives effectively.
- Manage the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, websites, and social media content.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to boost visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Manage administrative functions including procurement, logistics, and office operations.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project impact, conducting regular assessments and audits.
- Prepare and present detailed monitoring and evaluation reports to stakeholders and relevant authorities.
- Formulate and implement communication strategies to promote project goals and achievements, managing both internal and external communications for consistent messaging.
- Handle media relations and respond promptly to public and stakeholder inquiries.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies.
- Manage marketing-related activities, regulatory affairs, and initiatives aimed at improving ease of doing business and policy development, preferably within a technology-driven environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in a senior managerial role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing project activities under PSDP, ADP, or government projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in finance, HR, operations, capacity building, and strategic management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and export market dynamics.
- Proven skills in country marketing, country branding, event management, brand building, B2B business development, lead tracking, and event follow-ups.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management including planning, organizing, budgeting, and execution.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience managing marketing-related activities and regulatory affairs within a technology-driven organization is highly desirable.
- Involvement in initiatives related to ease of doing business and policy development will be considered an asset.
- Annual increment of 5% based on achievement of KPIs and overall performance.
- Maximum age limit for applicants is 55 years.
