Anti Narcotics Force Sindh is seeking a qualified candidate for the contract position of Project Director at the Benazir Shaheed ANF Model Addiction Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre in Sindh. This role is open to retired Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent officers who possess the leadership skills and experience necessary to oversee the operations of a specialized addiction treatment and rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the center’s programs and ensuring effective delivery of services aimed at addiction recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the Benazir Shaheed ANF Model Addiction Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of addiction treatment programs to ensure they meet established standards and objectives.
- Coordinate with medical, psychological, and support staff to maintain high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.
- Manage administrative functions including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies, law enforcement, and community organizations to promote awareness and support for addiction treatment initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on the center’s performance, challenges, and progress for submission to higher authorities.
- Ensure that all activities align with the mission of the Anti Narcotics Force and contribute to the broader goals of drug control and rehabilitation in the region.

Required Qualifications
- Retired Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent rank from the armed forces with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Experience in project management or administration, preferably within healthcare, rehabilitation, or social services sectors.
- Strong understanding of addiction treatment methodologies and rehabilitation processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive issues related to addiction and recovery with professionalism and empathy.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in healthcare administration or addiction rehabilitation centers will be given preference.
