Project Incharge

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in high-rise construction and project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, particularly in RCC and structural construction, and possess the ability to coordinate effectively with MEP teams. This role requires hands-on involvement in contractor management, quality assurance, quality control, and health, safety, and environmental compliance. The position is based on-site, requiring the candidate to work in person.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee high-rise construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the project scope.
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to maintain high standards of construction quality.
- Enforce HSE policies and practices to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Manage contractors effectively, including supervision, performance evaluation, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Utilize AutoCAD for project planning, design review, and documentation purposes.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering.
- PEC registration is mandatory where applicable.
- A minimum of five years of experience in civil engineering, specifically with high-rise building projects.
- Proven project management experience in the construction industry.
- Strong expertise in RCC and structural construction techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Experience in MEP coordination.
- Knowledge and practical experience in QA/QC and HSE standards.
- Demonstrated ability in contractor management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
