Overall Role:
Responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs for PMC, EMIS, and RTSM staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and consultations with education managers, RTSM and EMIS field staff, and other stakeholders.
- Recommend appropriate training solutions based on identified needs, ensuring alignment with Performance Management Cell (PMC) goal
- Design and develop customized training programs tailored to meet education department objectives and enhance user competency in EMIS and RTSM.
- Create high-quality training materials, including manuals, presentations, handouts, and digital content.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on EMIS and RTSM applications, data management, and reporting processes.
- Develop and implement assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present timely reports on training activities, outcomes, and impact assessments to senior management.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices across the department.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development roles.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in training needs analysis and content development.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, and BI)
