Project Management Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team and support day-to-day coordination and documentation activities. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to gain practical experience in software project management within Agile environments. The role involves working closely with project managers and team members to ensure smooth project execution and learning key aspects of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, reports, and trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support the preparation of meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to facilitate effective communication.
- Help coordinate tasks among project managers, team members, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and timely delivery.
- Track project progress and update project management tools regularly to reflect current status.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities such as sprint planning and reviews, gaining hands-on experience in iterative project management.
- Contribute to requirement documentation and assist with basic project coordination tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Recently completed a degree in Project Management or a related field.
- 0–6 months of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and project coordination principles.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively support project activities.
- Willingness to learn project management tools and software workflows.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Location and Working Hours
This position is based in Johar Town, Lahore. The office working hours are from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
