Project Management Officer

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage and support a variety of enterprise technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration among multiple stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage diverse IT initiatives including ERP, HRMS, CRM, software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and automation projects, and excellent communication with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners. The position is based in Islamabad and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple IT and enterprise projects, managing all phases from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risk registers, action trackers, and dashboards.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, management, vendors, OEMs, software houses, and implementation partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support and oversee projects related to ERP, HRMS, CRM, software, web, mobile applications, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and automation.
- Manage project documentation including requirements gathering, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor and track project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, issues, changes, and vendor commitments to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items, comprehensive reporting, proper documentation, and adherence to project governance standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in PMO, IT project management, digital transformation, or technology-related projects.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including applications, infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience working closely with vendors, system integrators, OEMs, and internal business teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Exposure to ERP, software development, web technologies, infrastructure, networking and cloud, cybersecurity, or automation projects is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum will be considered an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
