Project Manager – Construction, MEP & HVAC

Location: Taxila (Preference for candidates based in or near Taxila)
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently oversee multidisciplinary construction and development projects. The role involves managing Civil Works, MEP, HVAC, architectural/design coordination, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven ability to lead projects from planning through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of projects including planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate activities across Civil, MEP, HVAC, architectural, and other design disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to meet targets.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
- Review and approve drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical submissions, and track project progress.
- Oversee HVAC installations, systems, and related technical works to ensure compliance and quality.
- Identify and resolve delays, design conflicts, HVAC/MEP coordination challenges, and execution risks promptly.
- Conduct regular site meetings, maintain progress reports, and ensure thorough project documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Monitor overall project progress to guarantee timely completion within approved timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and facilitate the final handover of completed works.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of Civil, MEP, and HVAC works.
- Proven ability to independently manage and drive projects from inception to completion.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
