We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development of our ERP system. This role involves coordinating tasks, monitoring project progress, and ensuring alignment among developers, designers, and stakeholders with the project requirements and timelines. The successful candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, from breaking down requirements into actionable tasks to facilitating clear communication between clients and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Break down project requirements into clear tasks, priorities, and milestones.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams to track delivery and progress.
- Manage timelines, follow up on pending tasks, and resolve any blockers that arise.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports.
- Facilitate communication of requirements, feedback, and scope changes between clients and the project team.
- Oversee testing coordination, issue resolution, and ensure release readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software project management or coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with project planning and task-tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Availability to work night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working on ERP, CRM, or SaaS projects is highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000.
- This is an in-person role, offering hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams.
