Project Manager – ERP System (Night Shift)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the development of our ERP system. This role requires effective coordination of tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment among developers, designers, and stakeholders regarding project requirements and timelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project workflows from initiation through delivery, maintaining clear communication, and supporting the team to meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Break down project requirements into well-defined tasks, set priorities, and establish milestones.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project timelines, follow up on pending tasks, and proactively resolve any blockers that arise.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports.
- Facilitate communication of requirements, feedback, and scope changes between clients and internal teams.
- Oversee testing coordination, issue resolution, and prepare the project for release readiness.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software project management or project coordination.
- Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience managing teams.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in project planning and task-tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
- Willingness and availability to work night shifts as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working on ERP, CRM, or SaaS projects is highly desirable.
- This is an in-person position, offering a monthly salary range of Rs70,000 to Rs100,000.
