  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate project progress, and address concerns effectively.

  • Apply HRBP expertise to support workforce planning, resource allocation, employee performance, and team development.

  • Monitor project budgets, financial performance, costs, and resource utilization.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.

  • Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and overall performance.

  • Prepare project reports, financial updates, and management presentations.

  • Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational goals.

  • Support strategic planning, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.

  • 5–6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the IT industry.

  • Proven experience in project management, stakeholder management, and financial oversight.

  • Strong understanding of HR Business Partnering (HRBP), workforce planning, and employee management.

  • Experience in budget monitoring, cost control, financial reporting, and resource planning.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
