Project Manager – Real Estate Development

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the execution of a housing project located at Manga Mandi Bypass. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from planning through to completion, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective coordination with various stakeholders, and hands-on site management to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day project execution and site operations to ensure smooth progress.
- Manage planning, design, and development activities in alignment with project goals.
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented and the project is completed on schedule.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
- Supervise site progress, prepare regular reports, and manage resources efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Technology or a relevant diploma.
- Proven experience in site management and construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of LDA by-laws, regulations, and other relevant requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for project planning and design purposes.
- Practical understanding of site execution, measurements, and quality control processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A Civil Engineering degree is considered an advantage and will be viewed positively.
