The ideal candidate for the Project Manager 2 role will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, creativity, and strong problem-solving abilities. This individual should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both business and technical leaders in a fast-paced environment. The role involves leading investigations into ambiguous requirements, defining project scope, and establishing measurable deliverables using PMO principles. Collaboration with senior stakeholders across various departments—including Partner and Product Management, Purchasing, Operations, IT, Finance, and Sales—is essential to prioritize initiatives that drive organizational improvements such as increased speed, efficiency, cost reduction, or revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies, plans, and measurable objectives for programs and projects.
- Drive demonstrable improvements in Key Process Indicators (KPIs) compared to baseline measurements for each project.
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
- Ensure all tasks are resolved within appropriate timeframes through effective task management.
- Provide weekly status reports covering service engagements, resource utilization, project status, risks, issue mitigation, and portfolio status.
- Maintain effective communication with multiple stakeholders, teams, and executive management throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program/project management, process engineering, or strategy within technology or operations environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing a portfolio of programs, multiple projects, and teams.
- Ability to interpret ambiguous requirements, conduct thorough investigations, and develop strategic plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including risk identification and actionable mitigation planning.
- Highly analytical with experience using objective data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across all organizational levels, including remote teams.
- Intellectual curiosity with a desire to understand underlying processes beyond task completion.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
