We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our architectural design firm on a full-time, permanent basis. This remote role requires a professional with a proven track record in leading architectural teams and strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with International Building Codes and a thorough understanding of wood framing design commonly used in North America. Applicants should be ready to submit a portfolio highlighting their Revit projects, especially those involving wood construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Use Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural software to produce detailed design and drafting work.
- Establish and uphold CAD standards across all projects to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Apply knowledge of International Building Codes to guarantee compliance in all design activities.
- Supervise projects focusing on wood framing design, particularly aligned with North American construction practices.
- Collaborate closely with team members to develop innovative and efficient architectural solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience working with Revit, including 1 to 2 years in a leadership role managing architectural design teams.
- Strong proficiency in Revit design and drafting, supported by a portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
- Familiarity with International Building Codes and their practical application in architectural design.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and other specialized architectural software.
- Experience in implementing and adhering to CAD standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in wood framing design used in North America, with examples from past projects.
