Job Title: Project Manager Industry: Building Construction Job Location: Sundar, Lahore Region Interview Location: Lahore Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee building construction projects at our Sundar site. The ideal candidate must have strong building construction experience and the ability to manage project planning, site operations, budgets, quality, and timelines. Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and supervise all phases of building construction projects.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
Manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and resources.
Ensure construction quality and workplace safety standards.
Resolve technical and operational issues at the site.
Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.
Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and budget.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction is mandatory.
Proven experience managing building construction projects from start to completion.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and project planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work at the Sundar project site.
