PROJECT MANAGER (Civil Construction)

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in Civil Construction to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing building and villa construction projects, demonstrating expertise in overseeing all phases from planning to completion. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants effectively while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee building and villa construction projects from inception through completion.
- Interpret and utilize construction drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project schedules to guide project execution.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve any issues or delays promptly to maintain project progress and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing building and villa construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants effectively.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
