Project Manager (E-Book Only)

The Project Manager (E-Book Only) role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Karachi Division. This position involves managing the entire lifecycle of e-book projects, from planning and defining scope to coordinating resources and ensuring timely delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with writers, designers, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure that e-book content, design, and formatting meet client expectations and brand standards. Daily responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing documentation, resolving bottlenecks through expediting activities, and conducting quality checks on deliverables. Regular communication with clients, milestone reporting, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and consistency in e-book production are also key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple e-book projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Liaise with writers, designers, editors, and other team members to maintain project flow and quality.
- Monitor project progress actively, identify delays, and implement expediting measures to keep deliverables on track.
- Conduct thorough inspections of e-book content, design, and formatting to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage logistics related to file organization, version control, and smooth handoffs between content creation, design, and delivery teams.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency in e-book production processes.

Required Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with expediting functions to monitor progress and remove delays effectively.
- Knowledge of inspection processes to review content, design, and formatting for quality assurance.
- Understanding of logistics management for organizing files, version control, and team handoffs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital publishing workflows.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an on-site team environment.
