Project Manager - eBook

We are looking for a proficient Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end eBook publishing and marketing projects for our US-based clients. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. The position operates during night hours and is based at our office in DHA Phase 5, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across different time zones and collaborating with diverse teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple eBook publishing and marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
- Work closely with authors, editors, designers, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth project progress.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with US clients and internal stakeholders to align expectations and provide regular updates.
- Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, develop contingency plans, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate challenges.
- Monitor project timelines rigorously and address any obstacles promptly to keep projects on schedule.
- Continuously evaluate and improve publishing and marketing workflows to boost efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in publishing or digital content environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with US clients or teams, with flexibility to work across different time zones.
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with eBook publishing processes and digital marketing concepts is highly desirable.

This is a full-time night shift role, with working hours from 8 PM to 5 AM. The position requires on-site presence at our DHA Phase 5 office in Karachi. Candidates must be able to commit to the specified schedule and location to ensure seamless coordination with US clients and internal teams.
